Deputy Team Leader Finance & Administration (m/f/d)

For our location in Gronau-Epe we are looking for a:n Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Become part of our team and take responsibility for Finance & Administration – operational, practical and hands-on.

As Deputy Team Leader Finance & Administration, you are actively involved in day-to-day business in financial accounting, accounting, payment transactions and controlling. You ensure smooth processes, create reports and analyses and are central to tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities. The possibility of acquiring the team leader function can arise in a perspective manner. Your area of responsibility: Financial accounting & accounting Ensuring correct mapping of payments, credits and manual bookings Coordination of the annual financial statements including delimitations and coordination with tax advisors/auditors and internal group departments Payment & liquidity management Implementation, release and control of payments (including special and manual payments) Creation of liquidity forecasts and guaranteeing paymentability Administration & Organization Contract management and coordination of administrative topics (e.g. insurance, service providers) Coordination and responsibility for external audits (e.g. banks, authorities, auditors, auditors) Controlling & reporting Budget planning and creation of deviation analyses for management Planning and maintenance of key figures (KPIs) to control corporate performance

Complete commercial vocational training with regard to accounting/finance (e.g. tax specialist, tax specialist, publicly audited farmer) or a comparable qualification Multiannual operational professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in the industrial environment Knowledge of national and international accounting (HGB, IFRS) and sovereign implementation in daily business Secure handling of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel) as well as pronounced hands-on mentality Experience in the independent production of monthly and annual accounts Proactive, forward-looking work with the aim of recognizing, packaging and implementing issues independently In addition to excellent knowledge of German in word and writing, you can also communicate safely in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous
