As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Support Consultant SAP HCM (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Bonn or throughout Germany, home office is possible. Our application management area provides the 2nd level support for IT-supported personnel management processes at the customer and ensures smooth operation. These include the solution of support requests, the transfer of projects to the company and the further development of existing systems.

Consulting and 2nd level support in SAP application management for SAP ERP HR/HCM and HCM for S/4HANA (HS4)

Analysis, coordination and implementation of customer requirements in close cooperation with the team

Support and further development of existing SAP HCM systems to ensure efficiency and stability

Takeover and integration of projects into ongoing operations to ensure smooth running

Identification and implementation of optimization measures to increase system performance

Cooperation with the team and associated knowledge transfer to continuously improve the quality of the services

Complete study with IT reference (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or comparable qualification i.V.m. 4 years of experience in the field of SAP ERP HR/HCM or HCM for S/4HANA, including the interface modules Practical experience with SAP OM as well as interfaces to adjacent modules Knowledge about the Schnistelle Accounting/Controlling, Logistics, Maintenance, Infrastructure and Human Resources Know-how in handling ECM systems (optimally OpenText) Advantageous knowledge of customizing and support for special software components (e.g. Defense Forces & Public Security) as well as additional knowledge of OData Services, CDS Views or S/4HANA Defense & Security Team and communication strength as well as the ability to proceed methodically round off your profile
