With clear empirical leadership, you take over the team management of our production team and develop both the employees and the structures and processes consistently. Ensure efficient, stable production and actively promote cross-departmental cooperation. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a seven-member production team and develop your employees and their competencies. You shape and optimize organizational structures and leadership processes within the manufacturing industry. Through clear leadership and prioritization, you will ensure a stable, efficient production process in terms of quality, delivery reliability and productivity. You actively promote a culture of continuous improvement and develop processes, KPIs and lean and cardiovascular approaches together with your team. You will strengthen cross-departmental cooperation through close coordination with quality assurance, logistics, purchasing and other interfaces.

You have a completed training with further education as a master/technician (m/w/d) or a comparable study First professional and leadership experience in a comparable position in the production or assembly environment Detectable experience in the application of Lean methods, CVP and in the construction of new assembly lines You bring an economic understanding and a pronounced KPI orientation You have a hand-on mentality and you like to pack yourself You are drawing through a solution-oriented and structured way of working out An open positive attitude Good English knowledge of word and writing
