You coordinate external service teams strategically and operationally and maintain overall responsibility for their performance and quality You are responsible for demand and capacity planning, stratification and forecasting models to secure our service levels Analyze relevant KPIs and guide measures to sustainably increase productivity, customer satisfaction and service quality You design, document and optimize end-to-end processes and drive cross-departmental projects with measurable results You coordinate external service providers, ensure compliance with SLAs and develop our service and communication tools strategically You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work closely with IT, product management and compliance

You have a successfully completed study or an above-average training, ideally with an economic focus You bring first professional experience in the field of operations, customer service or process management - with a digital or technical focus You have strong analytical skills and a good numerical understanding to make data-based decisions and derive strategic measures from them You work structured and independent and have the ability to think, shape and implement processes holisticly You convince by communication strength and team orientation and work effectively both internally and with external service providers Higher knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English complete your profile
