Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As part of the capacitive factory and plant expansion, you will work with planning and installation as well as transfer of the Etch/Ash plants to the productive operation. You take over the testing of EQ Cards, Hookup and Coordination Systems, support hardware startup with the respective service partner as well as the release of the system with focus on the hardware. In addition, you carry out maintenance activities on your own and train maintenance technicians. They ensure high machine availability and plant stability using SPC and FDC. Together with your team and the service partners, you act cyclically in your area with the concept of implementing preventive maintenance. They are responsible for the training of technician colleagues in their field on the basis of training plans and skills passports. You create and update the valid document for Etch/Ash systems and perform the training of the new employees. They update the machines risk assessments of their plant group with regard to the current risk potential. You create PM (preventive maintenance) instructions and CM (correctice maintenance) regulations for maintenance conversion to the plants. You create and publish handling instructions for maintenance in the Docupedia as well as the corresponding checklists/Usage Meter/Work Templates in the Platform Xsite. They provide aspects such as cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability and innovation. They create analyses and correlations of the key figures and work with the definition of countermeasures. You exchange closely with other functional areas to match the activities.

Education: completed (special) university studies in a relevant technical field (electrical or process engineering, physics or the like) or have a technician degree with multi-year, relevant professional experience experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in producing semiconductor industry; broad knowledge in the field of Etch/Ash, ideally first experience in the maintenance and maintenance of Etch/Ash systems as an equipment engineer; good method skills such as 5S, SPC, FDC, FMEA, and REFA Personality: team-capable, flexible, motivated, resilient, strong communication Working methods: very good organizational and problem-solving capacity as well as pronounced quality awareness Enthusiasm: Making complexity manageable by using new technologies and developments Languages: very good German and English skills
