• independent professional supervision of the blowing processes in all filling plants

• central contact for blower experts in the plants as well as their technical support for malfunctions

• independent execution of blower audits and development of process standards in cooperation with the QM / QS division of MEG

• Determination of training needs and implementation of training as well as coordination of external training measures in cooperation with the area of staff MEG

• Definition of requirements for new installations and production of maintenance guidelines for blow moulding machines in cooperation with the technology MEG and the central maintenance of MEG

• Partial project management and active cooperation in projects as well as specialist areas (e.g. regranulate insert, preform weight reductions)

• Introduction, leadership and development of employees

• completed vocational training and completed studies in the technical field

• Multiannual professional experience in the searched area as well as production and project experience

• many years of experience in the design of blow moulding processes as well as preforms and bottle design

• Process understanding in the fields of injection moulding technology and PET recycling

• very good knowledge of German and English

• Communication skills, team skills and a high degree of independence
