Implementation of IT infrastructure analyses for new customers on site – from Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock to Mainz to Stuttgart or Munich Individually responsible creation of IT requirements definitions, IT concepts and IT security policies and presentation of results before management Responsibility for implementing your concepts and consulting our customers with regard to our services Acquisition of tasks in the fields of server, storage, network and IT security, as well as IT admin projects Installation and administration of Microsoft server and client systems (physical and virtual) of our customers as well as analysis and troubleshooting Conception and maintenance of all services of a Windows network Selection, procurement, installation and documentation of IT systems according to customer order and in accordance with the standards of the franchise system Support of various franchise locations in the context of project-related, Germany-wide deployments

At least 3 years of professional experience as a system administrator (at least in an IT system house) Good knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN) Comprehensive experience in larger IT environments with the common Windows server and client operating systems Good knowledge of VMware and/or HyperV virtualization technologies Extensive experiences in Microsoft Cloud - Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Intune etc desirable Ideally experience with alternative operating systems (e.g. Linux or MacOS) Embossed service and customer orientation High motivation, communication skills, resilience, safe occurrence and team skills readiness for regional and supra-regional travel activities from East Westphalia / North Rhine-Westphalia in the southern part of Germany with a maximum share of 25 % of working time and driving licence class B
