You conduct and develop the Architecture Management section and actively shape the further growth of the team. You introduce the strategic direction for the further development of the IT landscape and develop the IT target architecture as well as the associated transformation roadmaps together with IT, departments and management. You develop and establish architectural principles, standards and decision-making processes for the enterprise, solution and business architecture, anchor them in the organization and ensure their uniform application. You create orientation in complex projects by controlling and moderating architectural reviews at project and portfolio level, as well as ensuring the quality of architectural decisions. You advise as a savings partner:in management, departments, IT management as well as project and program managers at eye level and translate business requirements into sustainable and sustainable solutions. You create transparency in target conflicts between short-term requirements and long-term architectural goals, moderate decisions and take responsibility for sustainable solutions. You are developing the IT landscape through standardization, consolidation and targeted reduction of technical debt, redundancy and unnecessary complexity.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, a comparable IT-related course or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you bring an IT training and have a comprehensive relevant professional experience. You have many years of experience in architectural roles, ideally with 10 to 15 years of professional experience in enterprise, solution or application architecture. You have gained experience with complex IT landscapes as well as transformation and digitization projects. You bring first or comprehensive leadership experience and have guided teams professionally and/or disciplinaryly. You are happy to develop people as well as professional topics. You have a profound understanding of modern IT landscapes and know in particular cloud and hybrid scenarios, APIs and data platforms. You are sure to handle architecture governance, architectural decisions and architectural reviews. You understand business processes and economic relationships, think end-to-end and combine strategic demands with pragmatic decisions. You communicate with management, disciplines and IT at eye level, can moderate target conflicts and convince even without hierarchical ego or formal hosting powers. You have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level as well as reliable English knowledge on at least C1 level. You own a class B license.
