Technical and Commercial Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Economic management of the site with a consistent view of costs, productivity, profitability and resource use in compliance with the agreed earnings targets and legal requirements and regulations Regular reporting to management Ensuring customer satisfaction, support for large and key customers and acquisition of new customers Responsibility of complaint management Increase efficiency for all service processes Discipline responsibility of employees and promotion of a positive, solution-oriented work culture Staff planning, staff recruitment exemption Ensuring the QM system and compliance with entrepreneurial obligations

Successfully completed studies in the technical and economic field, e.g. (e.g. automotive management/vehicle technology & management) or business economist in the motor vehicle industry, motor vehicle master/user vehicle technology or comparable with management experience. You have already worked in a leading position, ideally in the commercial vehicle industry You possess very good communicative skills as well as negotiation skills and have a safe occurrence You are also characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility
