Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion reporting systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business unit are to be set up as an independent unit and subsequently developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business. This position is intended for KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with around 4,200 employees worldwide, which is currently being disassembled from the Bosch Group and operates as an independent company from mid-2025. It offers a dynamic working environment with a lot of design space and exciting development possibilities. Responsibility for the implementation, optimization and administration of HR Business applications along the Employee Lifecycle (e.g. Smart Recruiters,ADP, SAP Successfactors, etc.)

Building and further development of the global HR IT start-up

Analysis and documentation of HR business processes for identifying automation and improvement potentials

Monitoring system updates and upgrades

Ensuring data quality and integrity through regular monitoring and data purification measures

Creation and maintenance of system documentation and user manuals

Planning and monitoring of system quality

Training and support of end users in the use of HR IT applications

Cooperation with internal and external contacts and software providers to implement HR IT solutions and their integration

Education: Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualifications Experience and know-how: Multiannual experience in HR IT, especially in the implementation and administration of HR applications. Very good knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Smart Recruiters, ADP, etc.) and their integration into existing IT landscapes. Personality and working methods: self-employed and proactive working methods, high target and result orientation as well as pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills Working day: Communication strength and team capacity to work with different stakeholders Languages: Very good German and English skills in word and writing
