Booking of payment inputs and processing of credit requirements Implementation of payment procedures Close cooperation with sales and accounting in tuning work Maintenance of customer master files and evaluation and monitoring of open items Processing of out-of-court dunning including customer communication and advice agreements Executing the judicial proceedings including communication with lawyers Processing of insolvency cases including communication with insolvency administrators Implementation of legal requirements including necessary system tests Process optimization Support for audits, audits, financial statements Working with concepts and training documents

A 3-year professional training, e.g. as an industrial clerk. Alternatively, due to experience, appropriate knowledge and skills.
