Their role as ''Consultant Corporate M&C'' is based on 'Corporate M&C Consulting and Public Affairs' and is subject to the disciplinary leadership of the 'Global Officer M&C'. You are contact persons and consultants for the M&C organization with regard to the implementation of the global M&C strategy, campaigns and concepts as well as global M&C projects, with a focus on top-level special topics. You plan and manage the implementation of Group-wide M&C special projects and change management You are involved in the integration of important strategic content, such as the AI campaign and the Target Operating Model. You create concepts and campaigns on strategic core topics including relevant M&C units. You create presentations and decision templates at C level for relevant decision bodies. You design workshops and conduct them, including internationally You communicate with internal and external stakeholders about corporate M&C activities and independently support strategic initiatives. You contribute to the implementation of global M&C strategies and projects and contribute to the strategic orientation of the department. You coordinate and in the content coordination between the corporate headquarters, the regional units and the business units within the matrix organization. You regularly exchange with other M&C units to promote an integrated communication strategy. You support ensuring compliance with global M&C standards and requirements.
