Second Level Supporter (m/w/d) - hybrid work (remote & presence)

Your tasks: • You can classify and edit requests that are forwarded by First Level Support systematically • You take an interface between First Level Support and other departments in the company • You inform customers by phone or in writing about solutions • You will pass unresolved problems to the relevant specialist departments or third level support if available

Your qualifications: • You have a successfully completed training in the IT environment • You have relevant professional experience in IT support • You are safe and routined in dealing with current MS Office applications • You are characterized by strong service orientation and team skills • You have an enthusiasm for IT and new technologies
