expert and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the internal IT team (about 15 employees; 3 direct reports) Responsibility for the planning, implementation and operation of the IT system landscape (e.g. network, server, security, applications) Expansion of service-oriented IT in coordination with the departments and management Definition and implementation of IT security and monitoring measures Optimization of workflows and their coordination with the adjacent areas (e.g. software development and support) Control of external IT service providers Ensuring trouble-free IT operation and efficient support Development and implementation of technical concepts as well as cost and cost-effectiveness consideration Advising the management and departments for the further development of the digital strategy Head of IT projects: from concept phase to implementation Budget planning and cost control

Complete study of computer science or comparable training Multiannual professional and leadership experience in IT Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, systems, security) Practical experience in strategic and operational IT management Competence in the mapping of business processes in IT independent, systematic and analytical procedures Communication strength, Enforcement and Responsibility Service orientation and hand-on mentality
