Senior Expert IT Audit & Quality (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Bonn, Erfurt, Munich or alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations. The Operational Excellence (CDO X) section directly supports the BWI's Chief Digital Officer and its management group. The main objective is to improve effectiveness and efficiency throughout the management and to create a 'Striving for Excellence' culture. In order to achieve this, cross-section improvement potentials are identified, topics are bundled and advanced. The focus is on the derivation of strategic fields of action and the active design and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Planning and implementation of First Party Audits, as well as application and interpretation of appropriate standards

Further development of assessment models for the effectiveness and application of structured error management methods

Analysis of complex or complex system landscapes including IT frameworks

Use of agile approaches in auditing and deriving sustainable measures

Operationalization using appropriate QM methods in a sometimes challenging and interesting environment

Successfully completed studies ideally in the fields of computer science, engineering or comparable degree

At least 5 years of operational professional experience in quality management and safety

Found detectable knowledge of the quality management system (certification according to DIN ISO 9001, DIN ISO 19011, etc.)

Sovereign handling of structured problem solution (e.g. RCA, 8D, FMEA, A3, Ishikawa, etc.)

Analytical thinking with the ability to penetrate complex IT processes and systems and identify optimization potentials

Systematic, independent and structured operation and very high level of integrity and reliability

Fun on partnership cooperation based on quality principles

Knowledge in the standards DIN ISO 27001, 31001, 42001 or 14001, as well as ITIL®4 are advantageous
