Head of Department - Electrical Planning and Design / Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Department of Electrical Engineering / Electrical Construction and contribute to the further development of your team. Your sales skills and your interpersonal approach allow you to act as an interface between long-term customers and the various specialist departments. In addition, you are responsible for the acquisition, supervision and implementation of new projects. Due to the importance of this role, you will report directly to the branch manager

You have completed training in the field of industrial engineering or have completed a degree in electrical engineering/automatization. Alternatively, you are master or state-tested technicians. Finded knowledge of EMSR/Automatization technology is a prerequisite, ideally you will also bring experience with ATEX and SIL. Do you think and act pragmatically and actively approach people? Count employee leadership, customer orientation and enforcement skills to your strengths? You already have experience in the management of specialists and have well-founded knowledge in the field of electrical planning, ideally with EPLAN P8 or Engineering Base. Are you familiar with industrial processes, from problem detection to the development of tailor-made solutions? Do you also speak fluent German? ?
