Advice and support: You are Sparring partners for executives as well as for employees and answer labour law and personal questions. Personal management: Reliablely, you process personnel processes of all employees – from entry to exit – for a defined area. Cooperation with bodies: You work constructively and trustfully with the bodies (work council, heavy-handed representation). Projects and process optimization: Last but not least, you take on special tasks, in particular projects on process optimization and digitization.

You have a completed degree in economics or undergraduate studies with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in personal care, as well as advice from managers and employees on labour law issues, ideally with knowledge in the TVöD. You are characterized by communication skills, explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner and have an interest in participating in personnel projects. You work independently and very carefully, have a pronounced service orientation and deal constructively with critical situations. You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience in dealing with SAP.
