Your duties

Head & Organization

• Planning, organisation and control of cleaning work according to specifications and contracts
• Creation of service, cleaning and work plans
• Ensuring resource availability (personnel, cleaning agents, equipment)
• Monitoring of hygiene and safety standards

Staff management

• Instruction, motivation and operational planning of cleaning staff
• Introduction of new employees and training
• Performance monitoring, feedback and problem solving
• Contact person for employee concerns and promotion of satisfaction

Quality assurance

• Control of cleaning results, if necessary Encourage improvements
• Documentation of working hours, material consumption and work results

Operational support

• Active cooperation in complex or urgent tasks
• Model function through exemplary action

Your profile

• Practice in building cleaningof advantage, with first team management or coordination experience
• Clear view for processes, time efficiency and quality
• You can lead people - employees and subcontractors
• You work safely with MS Office, ideally also with SAP
• Communicative, binding, organized - with a sense of man and task
• Flowing German knowledge (C1+) and driving licence class B
