Project Manager Building Services Engineering - MEP / HVAC / HOAI / CAD / Revit (m/f/d)

You take over the planning, control and implementation of demanding TGA projects in the field of HKLS You conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams and control external service providers You ensure compliance with cost, time and quality targets according to HOAI performance phases 1–9 You check, optimize and give planning and calculations freely taking into account current standards and regulations You recognize early challenges in the project and develop solution strategies

You have completed your studies as a Dipl.-Ing., B.Eng. / M.Eng. in Building Technology, Supply Technology, Facility Management (TGM) or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in the TGA planning and project management, ideally in larger construction projects (apartment building, public facilities, business) You have well-founded knowledge in relevant calculation and planning programs (e.g. liNear, AutoCAD, Revit) You have strong leadership and coordination skills as well as safe occurrence You work structured, strong communication and solution-oriented, and have a reliable knowledge of German
