Business Transformation Consultants (m/f/d)

Consulting & Training: You support corporate customers in the safe use of DATEV applications through practical training and individual support. Process optimization: You analyze existing accounting processes and develop digital solutions for smarter cooperation (e.g. digital document management). Digital transformation: You accompany the introduction of modern processes, such as the legal conversion to e-audits. Project support: You document results in a structured manner and remain the trusting contact for your customers during the ongoing operation.

Education / Studies: A completed BWL study or a commercial training with a focus on finance. Professional experience & expertise: You bring experience in accounting, accounting or tax environment. DATEV knowledge: You have already gained practical experience with DATEV (e.g. as a user:in) and now want to deepen your knowledge at a consultant level. Personality: You have a high digital affinity and enthusiasm for modern IT tools. You work independently, organize and keep track of parallel projects. Communication: You are contactful and have the ability to explain complex technical topics easily and understandably. Language skills & readiness: German (C1 level) is essential. You have readiness to travel for customer appointments (HH-Umland) and training in Nuremberg.
