Coordinator for Verification (m/f/d)

Sighting of FAT protocols and associated proofs according to project specifications as well as recording and requesting missing documents and certificates Communication with the department and the contact person: within the respective suppliers to clarify open points and to obtain necessary documents Compilation of the final, customer-friendly FAT documentation and creation of the proof-related delivery documentation per boat/ship across all test stages according to contractually agreed project specifications Coordination of the application for FAT, including coordination of audit staff, third parties and customers, as well as the collection of FAT results and the transfer of residual items Maintenance of the project status in Confluence and SAP as well as ongoing documentation and verification throughout the verification process from strategic preparation to delivery

(economic)engineering, relevant master title, technician:incomplete or comparable degree Experience in quality assurance or Demonstration, ideally with relevant professional experience in over and underwater shipbuilding Secure daily handling of IT tools (Confluence, SAP, NScale, Teamcenter) as well as independent content management of these systems expertise in technical documentation, preferably in overwater and underwater shipping, complemented by extensive operational experience and strategic expertise at the interface to quality assurance Very good communication skills in German and English
