You develop object and rental strategies with sound know-how You carry out the external rental in our real estate portfolio both in a residential and commercial manner You carry out object visits on your own and secure the documentation and execution of measures in case of land transfers and withdrawals You'll start reports, analyses and presentations to manage the portfolio and take necessary measures proactively and in time You monitor and coordinate deficiencies and warranty issues You tax house administrations and secure the correct and complete payment flow As an interface function, you can safely commission new project developments You are fully responsible for the commercial facility management

You have a successfully completed training with immobility (e.g. real estate businessman (m/w/d)) or a completed study (e.g. in real estate) You ideally bring first professional experience You ideally have experience with SAP You could acquire good knowledge in business and real estate Your safe, friendly and customer-oriented appearance makes working day easier for you You have a sense of cost and a targeted and solution-oriented way of working Your profile is rounded off by your independent, careful and operational work You would call yourself a reliable, flexible and a real team player (m/w/d) JOBV1_EN
