Creating customer experiences: you unite people, needs and solutions. Together with your team, you will ensure a need-oriented and inspiring consultation. Keeping market trends, customer needs and new potentials in mind and consistently aligning your business with customer success. Designing the future: With dynamics and entrepreneurial thinking, you use key figures, market potentials and customer developments to identify opportunities early on and to actively shape the future of your area of responsibility. In doing so, you will participate in the implementation of the strategic goals of our bank, take concrete measures for your area of responsibility and support your team for their successful anchoring in daily action. Promote development: As a coach, Sparring partner and impulse provider, you will strengthen your team's consulting and sales expertise. You support readiness for change, strengthen identification with common goals and work confidently with internal specialists and interfaces to grow together.

With your enthusiasm for customers and solutions, you consistently think and trade out of customer perspective. Your leadership is characterized by trust, appreciation and the need to promote the best in your team. Ideally, you already bring leadership experience or want to take the next step in your professional development. Design will: You bring ideas, drive changes actively and tackle challenges with your own initiative, decision-making and entrepreneurial thinking. You shape the future with courage, dynamics and enthusiasm. Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of the private customer business and a bank-specific qualification, for example as a banking specialist:in, banking business manager:in, completed business studies or comparable training.
