Our Department of Finance carries out the tasks of financial planning, management and distribution of the German Pension Insurance Confederation and is responsible, among other things, for budgetary and accounting. As head of the Deputy Hauptkasse, you assume the personal and professional responsibility for the financial and asset accounting and payment transactions of the DRV Bund.

As Head of Accounting, you assume the professional and disciplinary responsibility of a decernate with around 70 employees They support ongoing and future system changes or IT implementations (e.g. SAP) and work with digitalization projects They are responsible for operating operations and the production of monthly and annual accounts They are responsible for the further development of the existing teams and the individual development of the employees You optimize workflows and develop structures and processes

They have a successfully completed academic degree (Master or equivalent degree) of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable discipline They have several years of experience in accounting and ideally provide knowledge in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Experience initiating and accompanying change processes in larger organisations as well as in the management of projects or multiannual leadership responsibility are desirable.
