Team Leader Credit Management Corporate (m/f/d)

In the Credit Management department in our head office in Düsseldorf or Hamburg, you are responsible for the following topics: Leadership and further development of the team and organisation of regular team meetings Central point of contact for internal questions and link between staff and department Contact persons for business partners, customers and national and international colleagues Exchange with central units and preparation of relevant information and documents Close coordination with department management, reporting support, monitoring and quality assurance Analysis, optimization and further development of processes and structures Cooperation in national and international projects to implement new requirements Implementation of regulatory requirements (including ECB, internal central units) at operational level independent processing of complex credit exposures including credit assessment, rating, voting and decision as part of credit competence Implementation of balance sheet analyses and security discussions in German and English Ensuring correct data collection, data analysis, process decisions and implementation of decisions and security management

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, legal sciences or an economic (additional) study e.g. (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in managing a team and in the field of credit business (ideally also in the international context) Ability to review credit decision processes and make technical decisions Very good English skills in word and writing Structured and independent operation Rapid opinion on new topics A high level of communication capability
