For the 'Legal Operations - Business Area of Air-Supported Applications', we are looking for a*n at the Ulm site at the earliest possible time Senior Consultant (m/d) The relevant area 'Legal Operations' is responsible for the comprehensive legal support of the operational projects within the Multi-Domain Solutions division, except for questions of labour and tax law.

Supporting a wide range of legal services with contractors, industrial partners and subcontractors Contract design, audit and negotiation with contracting entities, industrial partners and suppliers in the national and international project business (focus on research and development projects) Legal advice throughout the entire project life cycle, starting with the tendering phase and until the end of the project implementation phase Support for the implementation of planned industrial structures for (large) projects, e.g. through the design and negotiation of cooperation and cooperation agreements, as well as support for subcontractor management Cooperation and consulting of internal areas, in particular management, programme, sales, financial and development departments, in all legal matters of operational business Central contact for the project staff with regard to all legal issues and interface with other legal departments in the Group Assessment and assessment of legal positions and risks Negotiations and enforcement of legal positions and management of legal disputes Control of external legal service providers

Completion of the first and second legal state exams Multiannual practical experience in the legal department of an international industrial company or a law firm Knowledge of civil law (especially contract law) Good knowledge of public economic law (especially procurement law) Knowledge in process and project management Experience in claim management, willingness and interest to deal with specific aspects of industry-relevant regulatorics (e.g. in the field of aviation) determinate analysis of complex issues and develop sound, business-oriented solutions Interest in developing and supporting legal technology projects Solution-oriented, pragmatic and independent operation Power of persuasion, negotiation skills and service orientation German and English skills, further language skills advantageous
