We, the team Corporate Communication of the nature network, strengthen the reputation of our group of companies, their business areas and brands. We accompany the transformation, actively shape corporate culture and work closely with the CEO. With a view to our more than 4,000 colleagues from different professional groups, locations and nations, we orchestrate central internal communication. Our incentive is to continuously rethink communication and initiate dialogue. Each in the team makes a valuable contribution to the joint communication success. We'll get packed, but also laughed.

They like to work on multi-layered, strategically relevant topics in a dynamic environment and are always looking for further exciting tasks and themes of a family-run medium-sized company. The following activities are included in your task:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that actively accompany our successful transformation and strengthen our colleagues' commitment
• Formulating and tuning core messages for a clear, consistent messaging
• Developing and implementing innovative and creative communication concepts
• Advising and accompanying internal stakeholders from all levels to C levels – as a communicative savings partnerin
• Strengths of our leaders in their communicative role
• Designs of presentations, intranet contributions of all kinds and numerous other formats on complex, strategically relevant topics as well as developing new content formats
• (co-)organization of communicative measures and active support in everyday tasks

NATIVE QUALIFIED - IHR PROFIL

• Complete studies, preferably in the field of media or communication sciences or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in internal communication, transformation and employee engagement
• Communication strength and culturally sensitive personality, which is happy to be exchanged
• Impressive desire and persistence to make changes and achieve tangible effects
• ability to quickly fail and continuously improve
• Knowing when to jog and when to sprint
• Excellent editorial and conceptual skills
• Very good English skills in word and writing
