Development and implementation of sustainable purchasing strategies in close coordination with stakeholders and team leaders Own control of all procurement processes for MRO and facility management Qualification, support and further development of existing and new suppliers in Germany and abroad Leadership of complex negotiations and conclusion of strategic framework agreements, NDAs and supply contracts Identification of potential savings and implementation of sound value analyses Analysis of international procurement markets Developing new procurement paths and active development of strategic purchasing

Relevant professional experience in strategic and indirect purchasing in the GMP-regulated environment Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP Ariba Experience gained with service, plant, machine and facility contracts (e.g. VOB) Communication strength and sovereign handling of internal stakeholders Flowing German and very good English skills High self-responsibility, strategic thinking and excellent negotiating skills Teamability, service-oriented appearance and high loadability Independent, proactive and targeted working methods and high flexibility readiness for regular missions
