Consultation and management of demanding new construction, modernization and maintenance measures over all project phases according to AHO Coordination of all project participants and representation of contractors' interests to the client, users, authorities, funding bodies and contractors Responsibility for project preparation, project planning, tendering, awarding, construction and preparation and execution of acceptances Creation, control and monitoring of cost, budget, liquidity and scheduling including the determination and settlement of construction and construction costs Preparation, negotiation and supervision of contracts as well as ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadlines Technical advice and support for project management in complex project requirements as well as acquisition or participation in architects' performances 1–9 HOAI

Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in managing complex new building and modernization projects, ideally in a planning office, project management company or the real estate industry Good knowledge of all planning and consulting services (HOAI) as well as in cost, appointment and quality management Secure handling of MS Office and common project management, CAD, scheduling and tendering software Impressed communication, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving competence, high responsibility, team capacity as well as an independent and conceptual approach
