You are responsible for the care, monitoring and further development of our entire IT landscape Ensuring a performant and uninterrupted IT infrastructure Administration, maintenance and further development of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, desktop PCs, printers, networks, telephone systems, cameras, mobile devices, etc.) Monitoring of systems, detecting and eliminating disruptions and optimising the IT environment Management and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPNs) IT security support, including backup strategies, data protection and access rights Supporting our employees in IT issues and technical problems Selection, procurement and implementation of new hardware and software solutions Documentation of IT systems and processes

A completed training (e.g. as an IT businessman / IT businesswoman / IT system management) as a specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) system integration or a degree in the field (economic) and/or professional experience as an IT administrator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Knowledge of Microsoft Client and Server product range Knowledge gained in the administration of network technology and IT security Experience with telephone systems, monitoring systems and mobile terminals Joy in the support of colleagues: An independent and solution-oriented way of working Your colleagues are looking forward to your communication strength, team skills and strong service Very good German knowledge
