As a logistics provider, you ensure that the national and international shipment is handled smoothly and on time. They coordinate all logistical processes and ensure that all shipments are carried out in accordance with the agreed Incoterms and taking into account the corresponding packaging specifications for machine and spare parts shipments. In addition, create all necessary export and customs documents and ensure compliance with relevant customs and export regulations. They always have an eye on the efficiency of the processes and actively contribute to the optimization of the logistical processes. Other tasks are: Implementation of price negotiations

Close framework agreements with suppliers

Processing of transport complaints

Participation in the optimization of logistics processes

Maintenance and evaluation of shipping and export codes

Compilation of statistics and reports

Monitoring of delivery dates including maintenance

General administrative tasks

You have a completed vocational training in the field of logistics or a comparable degree with the focus on logistics.

They have a well-founded knowledge of the shipment of equipment and the handling of customs and export regulations.

Your understanding of Incoterms is excellent, and you have extensive experience in international and national shipping.

They are safe to create export and customs documents and ensure smooth handling.

They have experience in the implementation of packaging specifications for machine and spare parts shipments and know what it takes.

They are versed in dealing with MS Office and ideally bring knowledge to MS Dynamics Navision.

They convince by your communication talent and understand the successful balance between the requirements of the organization and the expectations of our customers – both internally and externally
