Our focus is on the development, production and distribution of medium and high-pressure compressors for numerous applications in the Industry, Commercial Shipping, Defense and Offshore segments. As part of the further growth of the Research & Development department, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) for the Technology & Systems team at the next time possible. Activity description As Team Management Technology & Systems (m/w/d), you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team of technical product designers, engineers and test stand engineers (m/w/d), which comprises 13 people. Together you shape the technological future of our products: They drive innovation, identify relevant new technologies and ensure that calculation, simulation and experimental methods are always up-to-date. You create the framework conditions so that ideas can be successfully implemented in pioneering solutions. .
