Teamleiter (m/w/d) at the clinic locations Herten and Bochum Herten | Parttime | Unlimited | at the earliest possible date The landscape association Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) is the carrier of a large healthcare provider for psychiatric and psychosomatic treatment and care. This LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen comprises clinics, care centres, residential associations and rehabilitation institutes with about 6,400 treatment and care facilities for adults, children and young people. Around 9,250 employees treat and supervise over 180,000 people each year in more than 100 institutions of the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen.

In the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen, the LWL-Klinik Herten (Pflichtversorgungsgebiet: Kreis Recklinghausen) with the Herten, Dorsten and Haltern sites is a modern specialist clinic with over 3,400 recordings each year at 195 beds and 6 day clinics with a total of 90 seats. Since December 2011, the clinic has been certified according to the “vocational and family” audit. We also participate in regular external evaluations, including the quality management system of DIN EN ISO 9001.

Technical and organizational management of the information centers and post offices at the clinic locations Herten and Bochum Leadership, motivation and further development of two teams Creation and control of service and shift planning taking into account operational requirements Ensuring a friendly and professional reception and information flow for patients:inside, visitors:inside and employees Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations Optimization of processes and processes in the reception and post office area Introduction, guidance and further development of employees Quality assurance and complaint management Material management and orders

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally in healthcare Multiannual professional experience in the reception or service area, first leadership experience of advantage Organisational strength and experience in service planning Embossed communication and team skills High level of responsibility and discretion Safe handling of common IT systems Driving licence Kl. B incl. willingness to travel between hospital locations
