Business Development Manager for Industrial Software Transformation (m/f/d)

You develop relationships with leading industrial companies and build long-term strategic partnerships. You understand the challenges of modern product development and know where software, AI and intelligent automation can create economic added value. You identify companies with high transformation potential and develop them from first contact to long-term customer relationships. You bring together the challenges of our customers with the competencies of our technical experts and develop opportunities for innovation, growth and new forms of cooperation. You support the development of existing customer relationships and identify new potentials within existing accounts. Together with the management, you further develop our business development as a strategic function and actively shape its future orientation.

You have experience in business development, sales, key account management or a comparable role in the industrial environment. You understand the challenges of industrial manufacturers and know their products, development processes and decision structures from your own experience. You enjoy building new customer relationships, identifying potentials and developing long-term partnerships. You understand the importance of software, AI and digitalization for modern industrial companies and can arrange technological developments economically and strategically. You analyze companies, markets and technological developments, identify potentials and can translate them into concrete business opportunities and long-term customer relationships. You will certainly communicate in German and well in English.
