Complete study of agricultural sciences or comparable scientific discipline Multiannual experience in sales as well as in support of strategic customers and in building long-term customer relationships Safe in offering management, in contract negotiations and with a marked degree orientation Ideally, first leadership experience as well as a high degree of resilience and clarity in prioritization, communication and decision-making Practical experience and knowledge of resources and animal husbandry Embossed analytical skills as well as pleasure in scientific work and in dealing with complex issues Entrepreneurial thinking, strong decision-making and innovative strength combined with high team orientation, flexibility and sense of responsibility German knowledge and very good English knowledge in word and writing Valid driving licence of class B and willingness to occasional, even multi-day missions
