The team must spend its time between the office (in a central location in Dortmund, 1-2 days a week) and 4 locations within the DTM cluster (DTM1-DTM2-DTM9-PAD1, 3-4 days a week). QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience in the management of a busy and large-scale transport company within a growing and rapidly scaling company.
• Valid proof of competence for transport managers (CPC) pursuant to REGULATION (EC) No 1071/2009
• Including experience in personnel management
• Degree of study
• Relevant experience with performance indicators and process improvement.
• Relevant experience in the independent development of creative and scalable solutions as well as their implementation from idea discovery to successful completion.
