Complete engineering studies (preferably mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with a focus on vehicle technology). Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position. Embossed negotiation and communication skills, enforcement strength, organisational talent and ability to reduce complexity and find priorities. Affinity for cooperative leadership. German and Spanish at least C1, English at least B1.
