You carry out tenders and get offers for contractor services and building materials You win new suppliers and entrepreneurs for our projects and support existing partnerships You conduct contract and price negotiations in cooperation with the responsible project management You work closely with the costing department You develop purchasing strategies and optimize procurement processes

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training or have a comparable qualification You already have first experience as a buyer (m/w/d) in the building industry or in building materials trading You ideally have knowledge of how to use the software RIB iTWO Cost awareness, negotiation skills and customer orientation Team and communication skills
