Our dynamic team for HR Analytics is looking for you as a personal controller (Key Account Digital) to raise our management reporting to the next level. In an interdisciplinary team of Analytics Consultants HR, Data Engineers HR and Personal Controllers, you primarily supply REWE Digital, our IT unit, with personal codes and evaluations. You communicate, advertise, present and develop yourself as a key player for REWE Digital management.

Please note that this place can be filled in part (min. 27h) or full time.

What you do with us:

You take responsibility: After a closely coordinated introduction, you will become a central contact person for the executives and the management of REWE Digital – from technical coordination to the final report. You're packing up: You contribute to the monthly reporting and are a constant in the (year-old) personnel planning process, where you will also have strategic goals in mind in addition to operating activities. You bring the view: You create transparency in the cost and income statement compared to management and customers and help with the cost and performance calculation. Focusing on added value: Together with the stakeholders, controlling and HR, you work on the optimization and monitoring of processes. You think, advise, question critical and tax. Your team skills are in demand: Through your input, we develop our reporting standards and automate reporting processes increasingly in the cloud environment. You always find solutions: With your knowledge of HR data, you will be actively advised. You carry out ad hoc analyses, comment and analyze.

Your personality is the focus! With your excellent numerical understanding and your structured approach, you can penetrate complex facts and provide valuable insights. In addition, you have good communication skills and experience in exchange with different hierarchy levels. The basis of your success is a completed study of (economic) computer science, economics, mathematics, physics or a comparable qualification and you bring more than 5 years of experience in (HR) controlling. You have experiences with SAP HCM (Ad hoc Queries) or Analytics for Office (SAP) and bring good PowerPoint skills. In addition to your very good skills in data analysis (Excel, PowerBI, etc.), you are open to new things: whether programming or data query language, you want to constantly evolve. An agile mindset and the desire to develop you together with our support complete your profile.
