In the supervised housing community Haus Thaddeus in Bad Cannstatt, 12 clients with temporary or permanent respiration and/or intensive care need can live a largely self-determined life.

The clients maintain their quality of life and at the same time maintain the safety of high-quality all-round care through an outpatient care service.

Your task:

• You care and support clients in an interprofessional team and thus contribute to the most self-determined life in a family atmosphere
• Prophylaxis, pain and nutrition management – all in your care repertoire!
• You carry out professional basic and treatment care and check the medical devices
• Your counterpart quickly feels that he is in loving, professional hands with you
• You always know about the health status of clients, because you keep your observations in writing
• Emergency situations are not a problem for you, because due to the intensive incorporation you can intervene adequately
