Do you have training in the SHK sector and would like to use your technical know-how in the care of a fixed property? Then you can expect a varied activity in a modern working environment. For our customers in Leipzig, we are looking for a house technician SHK / building support (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer.

In this position, you will ensure that the technical equipment works reliably and that the building remains in a technically perfect condition at any time.

♪ Your future task:

• Monitoring and maintenance of technical building equipment with a focus on heating, sanitary and utility technology
• small repairs and preventive maintenance and maintenance
• Regular functional controls on technical installations and equipment
• Analysis and independent elimination of small technical disturbances
• Monitoring and coordination of external maintenance and crafts
• documentation of the work carried out and notification of major repair measures
• Support for general tasks in technical building management
• Ensuring proper and safe building operation

Your profile for the job Haustechniker SHK / Building care (m/w/d):

• Completed training as plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d), heating installer (m/w/d), gas and water installer (m/w/d), central heating and ventilation builder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• First experience in technical object management or in facility management are advantageous
• Handicraft skills and good technical understanding
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work
• Friendly appearance and pronounced service orientation
• Reliability and joy in a versatile activity

Our offer for you:

• Attractive remuneration from 19,50 € per hour
• Indefinite employment contract within the framework of the transfer of employees

• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30
