Civil Engineer Bridge Construction/Structural Engineering – Construction Supervision (m/f/d)

In order to support our branch in Güstrow, we are looking for you as a civil engineer for bridge construction/construction engineering – construction monitoring (m/w/d) .

Support, control and monitoring of the performance-compliant, quality-oriented execution of construction projects in bridge, road and construction engineering. Complete construction Examination of documents and the technical and contractual assessment of supplementary offers. An invitation to tender and settlement of audit orders and works monitoring orders. Monitoring the construction process, updating time and cost plans, material checks and coordination of the planning process. Content, technical and computational testing of all accounting documents (incl. dimensions) as well as the system-side detection and forwarding for approval. Accompanying the construction work, testing the inventory documents, documentation of defects, monitoring of the elimination of defects and the subsequent object support during the warranty phase. Technical instruction of construction supervisors, coordination of the workflows of construction monitoring and solution-oriented coordination with contractors, authorities and third parties.

Successfully completed studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH)/Bachelor of the Department of Civil Engineering or comparable knowledge and skills. Finded practical experience in construction management or construction monitoring in the field of construction engineering and road construction. Knowledge of construction engineering and relevant regulations (ZTV‐ING, MBÜ-ING, VOB A/B/C). Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least level C1 to CEFR). Class B driving licence and the willingness to use the service car for the trips to the construction sites. Enforcement, negotiation skills in dealing with partners as well as a structured and independent way of working.

That would be desirable: Good knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines such as RSA, ASR, RPS, ZTV‐M, DIN 1076, ZTV‐Asphalt, RUVA, replacement building regulations, ZTV-Beton-StB and SIB-BW. Secure handling of Microsoft Office as well as practical knowledge in SAP, iTWO, MAVIS and CSBF messages (controlling system for federal highway construction). First practical experience in the field of public administration or administrative structures is advantageous.

Group of charges: E12 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
