Insurance and Finance Clerk/Account Manager Consulting in the Office (m/f/d)

As an Account Manager Consulting, you are responsible for the insurance programs of our customers in the composite compartments and coordinate the interaction of external services, department and customer. In both contract and damage matters, you are a central contact person and take over the first technical advice of our customers - depending on the contact route by phone, in writing or in special individual cases also together with the customer advisor personally to the customer on site. This means that you contribute decisively to the quality of our customer relationships. You are the central point of contact for all concerns about the insurance program of our customers in the composites. For customers, you are an estimated contact person for telephone or written contact and can use the support of the customer advisor as well as the departments With its independent operation, you accompany contract changes, tenders and tender processes, check contract documents and forward them to the customer When voting with insurers, take your technical view, control all relevant information and coordinate the bodies involved for optimal results You coordinate cases of damage and control the handling of operating and major damage, including communication with insurers and the bodies involved. You prepare customer and annual meetings and can participate/participate in these appointments as required You create presentations, statistics and customer-specific evaluations, including annual reporting and ensure high data quality in customer management. You actively contribute to the further development of our customer relationships and have the pleasure of being able to control professionally demanding situations in a solution-oriented manner.
