Project Management Structural Fire Protection (m/f/d)

As a contractor, you are involved in projects relating to fire protection measures and take over, among other things, the initiation, budget and scheduling as well as the support of internal and external interfaces You are responsible for quality control and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements You coordinate and monitor complex planning services of external architects, engineers and experts as well as internal specialist teams. You communicate professionally with internal customers, stakeholders and authorities and ensure a smooth flow of information You are responsible for all performance phases according to HOAI (1–9) You control the planning and implementation of construction projects in stock and in operation

You have a degree, bachelor's or master's degree in the field of architecture or (construction) engineering and have a multi-year professional experience in the handling of demanding fire protection projects in stock and in operation You provide deeper knowledge of relevant standards and Laws such as HOAI, VOB, HBO and DIN with Ideally, you have an additional training as a project manager and are additionally qualified according to IPMA (Level A-D), PRINCE2 or PMP You have communication, enforcement and motivation You control all necessary computer tools such as MS Office, MS Project etc. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You complete your profile through team spirit, customer orientation as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working
