Support for SAP users in 1st level support Consumption, classification and processing of support requests (Incident, Service Request) Analysis of user problems and identification of causes of errors, execution of user errors, basic bug fixes Close cooperation with 2nd Level Support and the SAP consultant team Support of SAP users in the application of SAP Business transactions Development of workarounds in case of problems and solution documentation Integration test after changes

Completed commercial or technical vocational training or comparable qualification Solid experience in handling SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA in finance, controlling, sales and distribution, material management, plant maintenance or sourcing and procurement (modules FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, PS, etc.) General understanding of industrial processes in ERP Loadability, reliability and analytical thinking A structured and solution-oriented approach Flexible and service-oriented personality Very good German skills (C1) are required
