The divisions of liability, property, transport and technical insurance are bundled in the industrial customer business at AXA Job description In the Governance department, we control aspects of risk & compliance, guideline management, business organisation and sustainability in our growing industrial customer portfolio. You work across the IKG portfolio with a variety of internal stakeholders, which allows you comprehensive networking.

You take a key position as a contact person:in the decentralised risk management & compliance as well as the guideline management in the industrial customer business. As a link between the industrial customer compartments and the central functions of risk management, compliance, internal audit as well as the AXA Group. You manipulate the implementation of governance requirements, for example by sharing with the group’s overarching guidelines and supporting the transition to local targets. You create targeted communication materials to understand governance requirements. You implement effective internal controls, secure and coordinate the identification of operational and systemic risks. In close cooperation with Compliance, you will implement anti-Bribery & Corruption and sanctions, for example.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics or in a comparable degree program. You prefer to bring first experiences in risk management or governance from a corporate environment and have the motivation to acquire a sound understanding of regulatory requirements. Even with complex information you keep an overview, think analytically, are highly conceptual and trade-structured. You take responsibility and take initiative independently. You pursue proactive impulses, perceive opportunities and convince with pragmatic solutions. You appear clearly, empathically and binding. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the safe handling of MS Office products complete your profile.
