To strengthen our team, we are looking for talents as well as experienced specialists who work on a future-oriented and independent basis. For our location in Unterschleißheim we are looking for one Key Account Support (m/w/d)

You serve and support our cooperation partners and act as a central contact person for technical and operational issues. In addition, you identify optimization and further development potentials of existing processes, products and services. The inclusion, analysis and prioritization of professional requirements of our partners is also one of your tasks. You take an interface between customers, departments and IT and accompany the implementation of new functional requirements from design to production. You support the planning and implementation of projects and releases. The creation of technical concepts, documentation and presentations is also part of your work. You analyze market trends and customer requirements for the further development of our range of services.

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of economics, finance, banking, business informatics or a comparable degree course. First professional experience in the financial services, banking or FinTech environment is of advantage. You have a strong interest in capital markets, brokerage solutions and digital financial products and bring a high IT affinity and a comprehensive understanding of digital processes and technical relationships. You are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented and proactive operation as well as pronounced communication skills and enjoy cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
