You create transparency about risks, support the implementation of regulatory requirements and actively contribute to ensuring the sustainable resilience of our global IT landscape. Designing a central and valued interface between departments, IT and management You actively participate in integrated governance structures in an international and dynamic environment.

With your expertise, our Corporate IT Governance, Risk & Compliance will help you further develop the Group-wide Business Continuity Management and ensure HARIBO's resilience and management Develop and operate our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) including IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) on the basis of the PDCA cycle You support the implementation and further development of regulatory requirements, in particular in the context of NIS 2 and other relevant requirements You develop, create and maintain concepts, guidelines and processes around Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management Together with the relevant disciplines, plan, coordinate and accompany emergency tests and exercises and help HARIBO remain operational even in serious cases

A completed study or a comparable qualification with the focal points (economic) informatics, business/ IT service continuity management or crisis management forms the basis of your success You bring multi-year professional experience in business continuity management, IT service continuity management, IT risk management, IT governance or a comparable governance and resilience environment with Experience with common BCM standards (e.g. ISO 22301, 27031, IT-Grundschutz 100/200-4, GPG des Business Continuity Institute) Applicable certifications, e.g. ISO 22301 Foundation or Lead Implementer, are advantageous You work independently, structured and targeted and keep an overview even when many ingredients come together at the same time Communication strength in the German and English language complete all this
