Financial Expert for Systems & Processes (m/f/d)

Systems and Processes Design, development and support of financial systems (e.g. DATEV, Diamant, Microsoft Dynamics) across several Wecoya Group companies Construction, maintenance and optimization of interfaces between financial system, data warehouse (DWH) and operating systems Harmonisation and standardisation of financial processes across the various group companies Continuous further development of existing processes towards greater efficiency, scalability and degree of automation Identification of automation potentials along the entire financial process – from document acquisition to reporting Introduction and piloting of suitable tools (e.g. automated document recognition/OCR, intelligent confirmation suggestions, anomaly recognition in booking data) Conception and implementation of RPA and workflow automation together with IT and external partners Market monitoring of new AI and automation solutions and deriving concrete applications for Wecoya Knowledge building in the team: you make your team fit for new tools and automations Accounting as a foundation Understanding accounting and accounting as a basis for meaningful system design Contact person for auditors and tax consultants in system-side questions Reporting & Controlling Interface Close cooperation with Controlling and CFO in budget planning and forecast Ensuring data quality and consistency in the monthly final process

Professional qualifications Studies in Accounting / Finance / Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification Experience in accounting according to HGB, knowledge in IFRS Experience in the environment of insurance brokers or the insurance industry Multiannual professional experience, ideal in a group structure with several companies Systems, Processes & AI — that makes you special You think in processes and systems — not only in booking sets Proven experience in working with ERP systems (DATEV, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) Experience with interface projects between FIBU systems, DWH or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel Power Query) First experience with AI tools or automation solutions (e.g. RPA, OCR, workflow automation) — or great desire to think about it Willingness to analyse and address technical problems independently Personality & Working Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented Strong communication — you can explain complex issues in a comprehensible way for non-financial Curious to new technologies and open, questioning existing Team player with the ability to take responsibility independently High self-initiative and readiness to actively improve processes
