At the closest possible time we are looking for you as Senior Project Manager:in Planning Transport Stations LPZ (HOAI 1–4) (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Dresden, Halle (Saale), Leipzig or Magdeburg site. Your tasks:

You are responsible for complex transport station projects in the HOAI performance phases 1–4 from project initiation to structural planning Interdisciplinary planning teams as well as external engineering and planning offices are controlled by you You can ensure compliance with cost, deadline, quality and approval targets Voting with authorities, municipalities, internal areas of expertise and other project participants You are responsible for managing planning and financing decisions during the project Project risks are identified by you early and appropriate counter-control measures are initiated You represent the interests of DB InfraGO AG as a builder towards internal and external stakeholders You actively support the strategic development of planning processes and project standards

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, architecture, economic engineering, or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in planning and controlling complex infrastructure or building projects Finding knowledge of the HOAI performance phases 1–4 as well as in project management Experience in controlling external contractors and designers is of course for you Embossed analytical and strategic skills are part of your profile You convince by decision and communication strength as well as sovereign stakeholder management A structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility completes your profile
